It can happen that you on board the waterbus Forgetting or losing something. That is, of course, very annoying. Always try to keep a close eye on your belongings. Did you lose something anyway? Then at least check our ILOST page to see if your lost item has been found by us.
If you have lost something on one of our water buses, you can check here to see if it has been found. There is no need to call, as we ensure that lost items are listed on the website within 48 hours.
Searching for a lost item
At the end of the day, the found items are collected. We identify the item and place it on the ILOST page.
Please note! We do not register securities, diplomas, or bank cards. Passports and ID cards are sent directly to the municipality that issued them.
- Lost something from Monday to Friday? Then check the next day from 2:00 PM.
- Lost something over the weekend? Then check on Monday after 2:00 PM.
When a large number of items have been found, registering them may take a little longer. Therefore, it is possible that not all items will be online exactly at 2:00 PM. Please keep this in mind, especially after the weekend, and check again at a later time.
Is your item still not listed after three days? Then, unfortunately, it has not been found.
When your lost item appears in the list, click the 'this item is mine' button. You then only need to prove that it is yours by describing a few characteristics that are not visible in the photo, such as:
- The contents of a bag;
- damage on a phone;
- the screensaver of a laptop or phone;
- on which waterbus line it is lost;
- or you have the purchase receipt for the item.

Please pass this on to one of our staff members on board; they will handle it further. Waterbus is not liable for lost items during your trip with waterbus .
Important
It is important that you complete the entire online process to identify yourself as the owner. After that, you can make an appointment to pick up your item at our office or have it shipped.
Don't forget to bring your identification and the registration number when you come to pick up your item at our office.
