Lost and Found
You might forget or lose something while on board the water bus. That’s really annoying, of course. Always try to keep a close eye on your belongings. Did you lose something anyway? Be sure to check our ILOST page to see if we’ve found your lost item.
If you've lost something on one of our water buses, you can check here to see if it's been found. There's no need to call, because we make sure lost items are posted on the website within 48 hours.
Search for a Lost Item
At the end of the day, we collect the found items. We identify each item and post it on the ILOST page.
Please note! We do not register securities, diplomas, or bank cards. Passports and ID cards are sent directly to the municipality that issued them.
- Did you lose something Monday through Friday? Check back the next day starting at 2:00 p.m.
- Did you lose something over the weekend? Check back on Monday after 2:00 p.m.
If a large number of items have been found, it may take a little longer to register them. As a result, it’s possible that not all items will be online by 2:00 p.m. sharp. Please keep this in mind, especially after the weekend, and check back later.
If your item still isn't listed after three days, then unfortunately it hasn't been found.
If your lost item is listed, click the “This item is mine” button. You’ll then just need to prove that it’s yours by describing a few characteristics that aren’t visible in the photo, such as:
- The contents of a bag;
- damage to a phone;
- the screensaver on a laptop or phone;
- on which water bus line it was lost;
- or you have the receipt for the item.
Did you find anything during your water bus trip?
Please report this to one of our crew members on board; they will handle it. Waterbus is not liable for lost items during your trip on the Waterbus.
