Closure of the Papendrecht Bridge

Between July 17, 2026, and April 21, 2027, the Papendrecht Bridge and the Baanhoek Bridge Bike Path will be closed to all road traffic.

The Papendrecht Bridge (N3) is an important link between Papendrecht and Dordrecht and the Drechtsteden transportation network. The movable section of the bridge is nearing the end of its technical service life and must be replaced. More information about the closures of the Papendrecht Bridge can be found here.
