Have you accidentally left or lost something on the Waterbus or on your journey?

Items that have been found on board or at stops will be registered on iLost.

If your item is shown on iLost then complete the steps. After the authentication process you can collect your lost item from the Waterbus office in Dordrecht.

If after three working days your item has still not appeared on iLost then we have not found it.

Please, hand in any items that you may find on Waterbus. Our employees on board will handle it from there on.

Waterbus cannot be held  responsible for any items that are lost during service.
